Obviously no shade to anyone who's enjoying the various pre-DATV reveals but man I'm getting kind of burnt out in the hype because it feels like the book + podcast are homework that players have to do before playing the game

#im looking forward to the game #but there's been so much given out its lost some of its mystery?#like i want to lwarn about the companions from the game and the banter #not from podcasts or stories #i hate feeling like i HAVE to read/watch/listen to something in order to fully understand #and you know that fandom is going to be divided into all-media vs just-the-game #and guess which side won't be taken seriously #anyway. hoping that won't come to pass #rolo rambles
